Appointment Booking

a) We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

b) Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or booking getting cancelled to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

c) No shows without explanation will not be able to book again.

c) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Payment

a) Payment for services must be made at the time of the appointment.

b) We accept cash, major credit cards and debit cards, Afterpay.

c) Prices are subject to change without notice.

Deposits

All deposits for hair extensions are non refundable. All deposits go towards the purchase of the hair.

All hair extension orders are final and we do not refund for change of mind or cancelled application appointments.

Health and Safety

a) We take the health and safety of our clients and staff seriously. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or injuries that may affect your treatment other than what is stated in the consultation form. 

b) We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may put your health or safety at risk.

c) We adhere to strict hygiene standards, and all equipment is thoroughly sanitized before and after each use.

Liability

a) We are not liable for any damage or injury sustained by clients as a result of treatments provided at our salon.

b) We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

c) We reserve the right to seek compensation for any damage caused to our property or equipment by clients.

Privacy

a) We respect your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent.

b) We may collect personal information for the purpose of providing services and maintaining accurate records.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

a) We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

b) Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
